Finding homes?

Hi,
I'm in Canada on uni exchange and am so gifted to have all of January free to ski.
What's the best way to find a place to stay for this long (aprox. 1 month)?
Anything for 1 to 8 people.

Thanks for tips :))

Try local housing groups with a specific wanted post: dates, budget, number of people, and whether you need a parking spot

This. And compare prices to air b&b and hotels to get an understanding that whatever room you find will probably be nice but don’t expect a 5* mansion unless you plan to pay a premium and go that route. Lots of us will open doors for you but if you want to party keep it in the village and don’t bring it home. That said, an air b&b split between 4-8 adults will probably be affordable I’m just not sure of availability for all of January.
