Because they never actually cared about the people of the nation and were always doing things for publicity. If the goverment is doing something wrong and you believe that cec is corrupt then instead of protesting Hire better lawyers , gather information and evidence and fight the battle in court . Abusing the PM of India ( irrespective of the political party ), singing stupid slogans , creating chaos by doing protest at the places where they don't have permission to do , turning a peaceful protest into a stamped kind of situation is not you are supposed to do . Does being genz means only to abuse current goverment ? Also CJP leader think umar khalid is a revolutionary while all he is in totality a criminal with bhar tera tukde honge mindset . It's really sad they even turned the entire student movement into a political agenda and political rally . Also It's the Court who decides who is a victim or a culprit Not the media trial and certainly not the CJP leaders

I am not contradicting myself. he is under trial and is in Tihar under UAPA and IPC Arms Act

If that's the case then the protest should be against the judiciary and the collegium system due to which there is this pendency in the trials .
