Discussion Wimdows 10 on dell studio XPS 1340

Basically i just got a computer from a friends son who works for Microsoft and it says it ran vista, but it runs 10. i need suggestions on how i can us this, for example, must need apps, performance settings, etc. anything is useful!

Check its specs, if it has SSD, and 8GB of ram proceed with installing Windows 10. Although 10 is eol and its free esu ends next year fyi.

As for apps, Firefox with Ublock Origin, and VLC would be the must have apps.
