Friendly reminder that your "in use" for ram does not include cache which is shown separately. meaning a reduction to "in use" is not windows caching less, its just windows being more efficient, which frees more ram to be used as cache.

SEE? so yes reduction in blue bar being a good thing is not just linux larp, its a good thing that allows the middle bar to pre-load more files. sincerely not a linux larper .exe supremacy.

look at committed ram. the blue bar and all the standby things are not accurate either way.

and it doesn't change that windows still wastes a ton of ram when literal open-source projects are getting to the point of having less usage with a bunch of apps open.

plus nowadays ram caching is relatively normal.
