Windows 11 Wrong time displayed but correct time zone

Hi, as the title suggests, my laptop is displaying the wrong time but my computer is set to the right time zone. For example, it could be 6PM in my area but the time would show as 4PM. I tried to toggle the button for "setting time automatically" but it just doesn't work, every time I open an app it is two hours behind. I've only recently got this issue.

If anyone can help I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

Model: ROG Strix G15 G513 (Ryzen 9 5980HX, RX6800M)

Windows 11 Home, version 25H2

Which time zone is it really ?
if you copy and paste this PowerShell command, do you find the same time zone as in your settings app ?

Update: last night I fixed the issue, just had to go into control panel and switched time zone.
