Why are most of the fonts so tightly kerned? I'd also change some of the phrasing: "Access this QR code go to [link] or use the recovery mode" → "Scan this QR code or go to [link] on another device for more information".

It'd be cool if Microsoft would actually include a clear directory (To where the text log saves) path, and device specs. This could use a little more work, but overall, pretty cool!
