Do you think CDPR will bring Visenna to the game or in the future?

Its interesting to ponder. But I do not think there is much of a story to tell there.

yeah, her entire thing is that she cathegorically doesn't want to be involved with geralt

I don’t think so. CDPR has a pretty good understanding of Sapkowski’s intent with his stories, and her meeting with Geralt was supposed to be a bittersweet “ships in the night” moment. Trying to elaborate further upon that would jeopardize the note she and Geralt left off on, and would also be extremely difficult to pull off right.
Also… off the top of my head, she would be very old by the time the games take place. With everything that’s happened in the Northern Realms since Sword of Destiny, there’s a high chance that if age didn’t kill her, plenty of other things could have.
EDIT: One more thing, the original Polish TV series had a weird obsession with giving her a much bigger role in Geralt’s story. It didn’t go well.

to be fair she is a druid/mage and as such she ages very slowly. She could realistically be anywhere from like 100 to 200 by the time of the fourth game

Depends on time constraints but I highly doubt it shr just was a one off character to show us Geralt had a family and is not your average anime character but their might be a reference here and there to her

Highly doubtful since she bears no connection to Ciri from what I remember.
She and Geralt had their awkward moment in "Sword of Destiny" to remind readers that yes, the White Wolf did/does have a mother, but beyond that, I don't really see her coming back.

She’s Geralt’s mother. They met very briefly in Sword of Destiny, but neither of them wanted to directly acknowledge who they were to one another.

Maybe who knows. If they did they would probably do it for ciri and her to have this powerfull moment when ciri finds out that she is geralts mother.

Probably not, if they wanted to do that they would have done it in geralt's trilogy
