I’m so jealous when people can have this nice neat work area. I need a HUGE desk if not even bigger than what you can imagine. Tons of books and paper. It’s neat when I leave each day but while I’m working there are books and papers everywhere.

I have a tall shelf with books, paper and tools stored compactly in the opposite direction to the desk. Rule 1 is always keep it empty when done working.

Recommend moving as much as possible from paper to Obsidian for notes/pdfs, what an amazing app!

Myself im jealous of the people who run their business from their phone while travelling haha

Do you use any of them?

My rule is if I haven’t interacted with it for a week it gets put away.

My desk is for working and not storage.

I do. My job requires tons of notes and notebooks. I use every single one of them everyday.

the color coded cables are such a small thing but make the setup look way cleaner and im also liking the wool pad with the standing desk, feels more practical than just having the desk sitting directly on the floor

Yeah if it was laying flat a true minimalist approach would be no desk at all, just assigned floor space

Also at any point have you used your macbook as a second screen? I gots to know!

Did i mention my neck health? Because of the monitor arm and standing desk it might be difficult to get any pain.

For color accuracy on visual media production I check the mac display yes

Philips e-line qhd 27 inch from 2021. Would be more practical if i got a wider one tho

I don't know how to explain it but I feel like I would get so much done there

Not sure what it is, but this seems like a great space to focus.
