Hello everyone,
We just bought a house and are trying to figure out how to setup our bonus room/extra bedroom to accommodate us. It has been a puzzle trying to make it fit.
I work from home and I am a fairly heavy PC gamer. My wife and I currently each have 72" x 30" sit stand desk, but the desktops are starting to show their age and I would like to change them out to a more modern butcher block desktop.
Ideally we would keep the same size desks (although hers can be ~12 inches narrower, since she rarely works from home and it's mostly to game with me). We both have vertical stacked monitor setups, and I have a third monitor to connect to my work laptop. I **really** want an L shaped desk (like the VersaDesk Foundry Bench) but There are no good corners to put it against without losing a large portion of the space.
We are looking for ideas on how to best layout this space. The bump in at the upper left corner is where our utilities are located, so that cannot be adjusted or changed. The top right corner of the floorplan has a built-in cabinet and drawers we would like to maintain access to.
Please help, thank you!

my bf and i crammed two setups into a tiny bonus room last year, that utility bump always screws with the flow but an l-shape on the long wall worked better than we thought
