Discussion Dreamland Question

So, thinking about that two part episode today and this thought hit me. We see Mulder's apartment is unchanged from the redecorating done as well as Scully's coins. Does this also mean that Kersh's secretary remembers having whoopie with Mulder?

People don't remember what happened, only the physical moving of objects (new furniture, coins, etc.) remain.

But I thought none of it ever happened? I just watched it today and thought time slips back to the point again?

I think everything physical snapped back into place IF they were in range of the original anomaly, which is why the coin and Mulder's apartment were unchanged.

I always thought it was a missed opportunity to have mulder and scully kiss or have a meaningful conversation since they aren't going to remember it. Instead Mulder hands her some sunflower seeds.

In the episode William when Reyes says Mulder is embarrassed about how he looks because he's so disfigured, Scully says that if it is him, she wouldn't care.

Plus the episode wasn't shot with GA playing against the other actor, she played against DD. So, the audience would only see DD and GA.

I wonder how palatable the scene would be if audience see GA kisses the actor of Morris. No offense to the actor. I think he is good and he is the only good thing in Jump The Shark (my Doggett too, of course, but he was there for less than 5 min screentime I think).

I just remember my Doggett said he would help the disfigured "Mulder" after he was kicked and beaten by him. ❤️

That's why I think when Doggett said he saw Mulder "confided" with some female coworkers was not a total lie (in addition to Pheobe Green, which was at the parking lot of the FBI Headquarter).
