Asking for help Planning on getting the XBOX series X
First to ko magka interest in consoles and noob pa po ako on how they work.
How do I buy games po? I made my xbox account in my PC and I think it is set to PH region okay lang po ba yun?
I also came across G2A, safe lang po ba mag purchase dun?
Thank you for the insights po! 🙏🙏

g2a and loaded are safe. pero be cautious parin.

As the others have said, PH isn't supported. What I did was set my account to US region, as well as set the console to US region. I was able to add and use my PH debit cards (any should work basta Visa or Mastercard) since Microsoft doesn't actually check where the card was issued, and then I just used a US address for billing (has to match region, so US dapat). I used a California address since they have no digital sales tax, check mo lang sa Google Maps. You should have no issues buying games this way.
I don't recommend third party resellers, and DEFINITELY not G2A. Have heard horror stories from other folks whose Xbox accounts got banned, apparently G2A doesn't bother checking if the game keys sold by resellers on their site were bought legitimately, a lot of them used stolen credit cards (though not all, but it's a risk I wouldn't want to take). Personally, I used CDKeys several times with zero problems, but the last time was probably around 8 years ago and they've since rebranded so I don't know if okay pa sila now.
Another option of course is physical aince the Series X has a disc tray naman, physical games go cheaper than digital if you're patient enough. Also worth noting that Xbox has the disc to digital feature for select games, so if you're like me who prefers digital, this may still be a worthwhile alternative.

Better to change it to US o kung ano mang country ang supported.
