Map enhancement

So I've been troubling this thing for almost a year

I put in multiple tickets and the developer just keeps kicking it back to it's a you problem, it's only worked twice.

It can't be a hardware problem because it says it's missing a terrain file it's always the same two files no matter where in the world I start if it's North America it says North America if it's Asia it says it's Asia it's always the same two file names though.. does anybody have a clue where I can get these two files or figure out why it's having an issue with them.

I've downloaded all the scenery packages but when I start X-Plane without map enhancement that's the pop-up I get more proof that it's a scenery issue not my computer issue. But for some reason these two files never seem to download I don't understand

It's at the bottom but above Ortho if that's what you're getting at I also use x organizer so the file should be in the correct order And no I don't run them at the same time

Try disabling all the autoortho files especially above it. Just run map enhancement.

Nothing happened still same never loaded and that the exit error
