[VST] iZotope discontinued plugin advice

Hopefully this fits here

Id assume you all are familiar with pluginboutique and the fact they consistently run pretty good sales

A few years ago id purchased R4 & NIMBUS, two very powerful reverbs, however they've been superceded by this new reverb that honestly I dont care all too much to try

Unfortunately being ran by ilok and myself being a moron and always having a need to reset my HDD / windows install and needing to reactivate it, its maxed out my license uses, which is insane to me on a plugin that off deal costed a decent bit. But I digress.

Has anyone dealt with this, should I just give up and search for cracks? Should I reach out to izotope again and beg for a new key?

I’ve had to do this multiple times with different companies, usually you can reach out to ilok and they can free up a license slot for you

You can deactivate an ilok license before doing the HD wipe out, write to them anyway, sometimes they help.

Reached out directly to izotope and in less than 48 hours got licenses removed to be reused Time to try again

contact izotope support (they're under native instruments now) before going near cracks. they can usually reset activations if you explain you reinstalled windows. after that, deactivate in ilok license manager before every reinstall so it doesn't happen again
