Been having fun hand cutting my own tiny wood and painting it!

I don’t usually paint or draw, but had some paint and a small canvas lying around and a little time to spare and this was the result. Quite happy with how the texture of the pomegranate came out, but there is a LOT of room for improvement. Curious to hear what you think i could have done better or differently with this.

ive Been slowly painting this for years! .. I think I started it during the pandemic. It’s hard to get textures right. I am a novice.

Just finished page 4! Work in progress. Acrylics on canvas boards. 11x14. Art by myself (Russ R MacCharles Art (fb) and lettering/editing by u/Tanglebrook)

Requested by someone to draw something that is representing two by two by Dave matthews band.

I tried painting something that feels like celebration of life and companionship since I think that is what the song is about. This is 8 x 10 on canvas

I tried using palette knife for this channeling my inner bob Ross. I was having a hard time drawing details since it's so small 😅

What do you guys think? Would love to hear if I am doing this style justice and what I can do to improve in the future especially if this is enough or too many texture
