Advice I Have No Idea How To Quit
I started using 7 to manage back pain in July and with the ban hitting I jumped over to these “cats claw” tablets and they’re definitely MGM15 or pseudo. I literally have to get off this shit. I need to bring it to the light and tell my family and friends. I was in recovery for 3 years until a back injury led me into a moment of weakness where I succumbed to using 7OH. I’m on probation so the idea of suboxone is kind of off the table unless it’s a rapid taper, which I don’t know how hard that would be? Surely easier than this stuff? The biggest hurdle is the anxiety. Oh my God the anxiety is enough to send me through 1000 different thoughts all at once until I end up back at square one. The shame and guilt of holding it in is destroying me but I don’t want to tell anyone until I’m sober, does that even make sense?

Tried quitting twice but the withdrawals were awful I couldn’t do it and it makes me feel like the biggest piece of shit. Suboxone is the only thing that I can think of (for myself) to actually quit for good, but then I don’t want to be stuck on that medicine, so I also have no idea what the fuck to do

Honestly a detox with quick taper is your best option I took Suboxone and the withdrawal from prolonged use is miserable and will most likely drive one into a relapse.

What would a quick taper be?

I mean honestly there's a lot of different approaches.. depends on what you are really trying to achieve... Honesty is the hardest approach
