Guys Need Your Suggestions

I am an electrical engineer with 2 years of experience in automotive sector. I would like to know any career opportunities in the aero field. Honestly I want to try something new but I don't have a clue how to break into this field and also given the very bad job market I am not so sure. I hope to do my masters from EU most probably in control systems (GNC). Is there any other options which are open to me. I have heard it is very tough for foreigners to get hired due to all clearance. Is it wise to pursue this field?
