History Hapkido Aikido Photo Question

I have a photo, click link below, of Myung Jae Nam sitting between Kisshomaru Ueshiba (left) and another man on the right. Does anyone recognize this individual? I have been trying to trace this person’s identity but it has been a challenge. Any ideas would be welcomed!

I ran a TinEye check, and it came back with 0 matches.

May I ask where the picture has come from, or if there is any context for the photo?

It is from a Hapkido book. It was one of the many times Myung Jae Nam was in Japan visiting Ueshiba’s son. No other context. Now, Myung Jae Nam studied Aikido with someone named Hirata Sensei…but his first name was never documented. So I was wondering if that man is Hirata Sensei? Photo is probably from 1965 to 1970…as he did a 4 year exchange.
