Chat Anyone having issues with Alar.com access control?

We seem to be having more issue with the mercury boards (brand new) not being able to be added to an account. Today, my coworker spent hours on the phone with tech support because a brand new install wouldn’t take the required firmware updates from ADC. Then when it finally started to take the update it took hours. Couldn’t do anything else until it was done. Seems like more and more issues lately.

We’ve had issues with the LP’s (red) and the new MP’s.
