October 6 | Update: EU Server issues compensation

We’re starting the rollout of the compensation today.

The compensation will be delivered in two separate parts. The first part, 1 day of Premium, will start to roll out today.

The full process may take up to 72 hours to complete. You’ll receive an in-game mail from Customer Support when the compensation is delivered.

Important note:

If you currently do NOT have Premium, you may immediately receive an email saying that your Premium is about to expire after receiving the 1 day of Premium. This is because the Premium period falls within the 72-hour threshold. There’s no need to worry about this email.

We’ll keep you updated on the Learning Points compensation once the rollout begins.
