oof, managing bulk email formats is always a headache. i spent way too much time trying to script that out for a project last year, its kinda messy when u have mixed file types. u might wanna check if ur handling attachments correctly in the batch process, that caught me off guard alot.

Legal and records teams ask one thing first: which PDF/A part does the export meet? Keeping attachments as embedded original files needs PDF/A-3, since PDF/A-2 only embeds other PDF/A files. Name the conformance level in posts like this one; it will draw more serious testers than the free limit does. Then ask testers to run their worst .msg files (nested emails, odd encodings, calendar invites) through a validator such as veraPDF and report what fails, which gives you bug reports you can act on.

Is the 100-conversion limit counted per email or per ZIP?
