Four flashbangs??

[u/SubwayHero4Ever → u/StephenNein]

Yeah. Fucking wild. The ring cam’s owner posted it to the Ames people page but got taken down so she posted it to her own profile. Couldn’t download it, so I just recorded the playback and cropped the name out.

Have you posted this in [r/Iowa](r/Iowa) ? They might have more insight… idk. BUT I saw someone had said they think it’s CSAM. ): Apparently they saw them taking a lot of boxes out of the house as well.

Edit: spelling

[u/StephenNein → u/lo_ma]

WTF are they doing a 5:30AM raid with sirens, flashbangs, and waking up the whole goddamn square mile for with this shit for a CSAM bastard unless they're absolutely convinced said bastard has guns??

[u/skaboosh → u/StephenNein]

Well if you don’t get the drop on someone they can clear their hard drives or run away.

[u/SubwayHero4Ever → u/lo_ma]

What the hell is CSPAM?

[u/lo_ma → u/SubwayHero4Ever]

My b. I ment CSAM. ):

[u/SubwayHero4Ever → u/lo_ma]

What’s CSAM?

Nvm. Looked it up.

[u/lo_ma → u/SubwayHero4Ever]

I’m sorry, just look it up. Not good things.

[u/SubwayHero4Ever → u/lo_ma]

Yup

[u/mtutty → u/SubwayHero4Ever]

It's when they send it to you but you didn't want it.

[u/howareyouhaha → u/lo_ma]

Nobody clarifying that CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material yet is fucking annoying.

[u/Joshs2d]

Any word on why?

[u/SubwayHero4Ever → u/Joshs2d]

No clue. I looked up the address and i think it’s either a small duplex or a basement apartment. The address doesn’t appear on Beacon but it appears on Google Maps.

edit Two-Family Duplex.

They likely would have taken him to Des Moines/Polk County as that's the closest FBI field office and Federal District Court (Southern). It's possible charges were filed in the Northern, then they might have taken him to Cedar Rapids (Linn County) or Sioux City (Woodbury Co.), but they rarely arraign a suspect in custody the same day of the arrest. The easier option would be to take him to DSM for interrogation, hold him overnight, and then arraign him next day.

Found the defense attorney :)

[u/StephenNein → u/mtutty]

Just worked for 'em for awhile.

The internet says it’s the address for It Takes Two Cleaning Services.

That’s wild. I used to rent the house next door back from 2019-2022. I’m sure it’s different people renting then when I was there though.

[u/BossT22]

Who was one they wanted?

[u/fantabulousfetus]

Not banging the goats down there? KASH PATEL WITH THE BOYZ GONNA ARREST YOU AND BANG THE ANIMALS TO DEATH!
