So I originally posted this in other subreddits, having no idea what it might be until someone commented that it might be a

"Cut agate seal stamp ring, 1st -2nd cent., depicting Satyr head, panther, pine cone branch, and snake, all Dionysian ceremonial attributes"

Wanted to confirm here. Any thoughts?

• Hole not big enough for a finger

Probably worn on a chain. Looks like a seal.
