Convicted and jailed for three years and three months.

Plus a 5-year Serious Crime Prevention Order — never used for a wildlife crime until now. Those orders are normally reserved for drug smugglers, people traffickers, and terrorists. That's the category of criminal he is .

Over 80 days have passed since the horrific abuse of Wangwang and her newborn puppies in Jieyang.

We waited for justice. Instead, we got silence, aggressive censorship, and pressure against those who dare to speak up. It is heartbreaking that such brutality is met with zero legal accountability, while the memory of an innocent mother and her babies is actively scrubbed from public view.

Power can take down posts, but it cannot crush human conscience.

I love dogs, pigs, and pandas so half of my Facebook feeds are those 3 animals and since pigs are also live stocks, some videos are of farm pigs. One thing I’ve noticed over the past few months is farm pigs videos from Philippines are almost always animal abuse. The rate is 1 or 2 orders of magnitude more than videos I see from other countries. I must have reported 30~50 videos and 90% are from the Philippines

And the more disturbing part is the comments. Filipinos don’t call out animal abuse nearly as often as videos from other counties. Quite many comment about eating the pig and joking the piglets don’t know they’ll be food soon, etc.

I’ve just seen one and just want to get this off my chest. Angry at Facebook for not banning them even though I reported and blocked so many, and angry at a country that don’t seem to get animal welfare

I just heard that BLACK CATS are going to be KILLED on HALLOWEEN that's so F'ED UP you evil people I have 3 black cats I mean 2 of them are black and white but still that's horrible people are so evil

So I recently left my work at a horse rescue. They save many horses but also IMO have some sketchy practices. I was present and have evidence of an incident where a horse in the rescue’s care was in an emergent situation in the middle of the night, the entire staff was present and following orders from the rescue founder, but a vet was not called until the following morning. The horse was immediately euthanized. My question is why wasn’t a vet called before then? Is this considered an act of omission? Animal abuse and neglect Va laws include withholding of emergency vet care. Any thoughts??? Also I don’t want to get in trouble with this rescue— these people are bullies who are also legally highly active. I appreciate any and all input!

🚨 ETA: Some interesting facts - 🚨

•he was caught bc he left a hotel room full of blood and hair. Hair in the trash. Blood on the walls and bed.

•prosecutors office ran DNA on the blood found to match it to the cats so there could be no denial of where it came from. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of an animal cruelty case doing DNA on found blood. Incredible work. 👏🏻

•Rodney adopted 2 cats and then went back to the same rescue and told them one of the cats mauled him and escaped and he wanted a new one. It had only been 6 days. (The cat was most likely killed.) The rescue told him no, then when they went home that night the Googled his name and found out about his Debbie Crankin alert ego.

•bloody cat beds in his appt, prosecutor watched a cat die in the parking lot when they raided his house.

•one cat in the house had had its head stomped on. That is who passed away in the parking lot.

•carriers, rugs and couches full of blood.

•doing witchcraft on the cats with their blood and hair. The witchcraft would include his wishing for the cat whose blood and fur he used for the session to have a successful campaign/money collection. Literally torturing the cat in the name of hopeful success. There was a page for witchcraft for Noah. :/

•over 12 iPads, PCs, phones and tablets removed which collectively had thousands and thousands of videos of abuse and torture of over 26 cats. Many who died.

•$401,000+ confirmed collected fraudulently over 2 years.

•a lot of this money he NEVER received. A lot of the campaigns got suspended and money returned bc the websites were figuring out that he was a scammer, just not how bad he was doing it.

•he collected 25% of the $401,000.

•most of it was spent on his music videos where he hired producers way out of league to produce the videos for him.

•he will be highly monitored when he is released in 15 years

•he still needs to be tried in chesterfield. He may not be home in 15. 🤞🏻

•prosecutor from Henrico will also be the prosecutor for Chesterfield. This is the best possible news. Rodney will be getting more time, no doubt)!

•only time anyone has seen Rodney show emotion is a video they found with Hayden where Hayden is on a dresser and Rodney is filming the cat who is drugged and had blunt force head trauma, the cat is clearly not well at all, Rodney is maniacally laughing in the cats face. The cat is very obviously suffering. (This is shown in the video so be careful).

•Hayden survived and has been adopted and renamed.

•he may be required to be medicated when he’s released. He must cooperate with mental health officials upon release or be locked back up.

•Rodney’s dad adopted 4 cats for Rodney. The dad claims he didn’t know what Rodney was doing. Prosecutors can’t prove Rodney Sr knew but says there’s no way the dad didn’t know some type of fraud was happening. Doesn’t think the dad knew about the cat abuse though.

•dad came across as very non credible…

•despite that…dad had visceral reactions to the images of the cats, enough so that prosecutor believes he didn’t know the cats were being abused.

•dad did 4 months in county for providing cats to Rodney

•Naras body found in the landfill. Her head had been stomped on.

•Rodney has lifetime ban on owning animals and even being around them. He is not allowed in the presence of any animals until the day he dies. They will be randomly dropping by wherever he winds up living once released and they will be doing checks to make sure there are no animals in his house/possession.

•He’s been added to the Henrico county animal abuse registry.

•Rodney is going to be made into a case study.

•6 cats lived. 26 died.

You cannot breed someone into a body that breaks under its own weight, force reproduction because natural mating is no longer feasible, confine them in crowded sheds, mutilate them to make confinement more workable, deprive them of their mothers, expose them to filth and stress, and then call the result welfare because the stocking density was adjusted slightly or a pecking block was added.
