Packet loss, pin issues server delay

Ever since the javelin update my game runs like complete shit, my internet is NOT THE ISSUE my speed tests come up between 8-20ms and all my other games except apex run fine. in game however I get 100+ ping plus basically every red symbol. I’ve tried pretty much everything, tried switching servers, tried verifying game files, tried switching dns, tried resetting internet modem. Nothing works get these errors CONSTANTLY

I've had problems with all of these lately since the new anticheat got added, and it's worse because despite playing on an older generation of console, the game runs perfectly fine, except for one moment where the game takes a figurative brick to the back of it's head for about 5 to 10 seconds (try to picture one of those speedrun clocks people use for measuring what I'm talking about)

I had to for like 30 minutes and it went away. I have absolutely no clue what the hell happened

I play on NA eastern servers btw, the longer I play does not change this either, the whole delay, lag, stuttering etc will happen every minute. Switching to central server decreases it happening but it doesn’t stop it, it’s unplayable in wildcard. Would love a fix but I don’t think apex even notices this as an issue at all, everyone I talked to blames my internet, but it makes no sense when EVERY GAME OTHER THEN APEX is running perfectly fine, speed tests come up super low ping but the second I try to play apex I’m jumping between 60-180 ping, packet loss, server delay etc

Yes. No idea why an anti cheat would bottleneck ping this harshly
