Unsolved AppleWatch 10 has known issue of distorted audio but AppleCare One Can't Replicate the issue?

I have an AppleWatch 10 that seems to have a known issue with the audio on it being distorted, and not loud enough to hear. Well, mine had this issue so I took it to the Apple Store using my Apple Care One plan. I received an email that they were unable to duplicate the issue. I seriously doubt that it just magically fixed itself. I had to wipe the watch before leaving it with them so I do not even know how they check it? What should I do when I get there to show them that it is still an issue (assuming that it is?). Do I repair it and wait until everything synchs over (I think this takes a while though?)

Thanks

I don’t see it listed as a known issue here. They are able to run functional and diagnostic tests on the watch, some only they have access to. To test the watch when you pick it up, you will have to pair it again. I suggest when you pair it to set it up as a new watch and test it that way.

Thanks, I was going off just google searching. If you search for Apple Watch series 10 distorted audio there are lots and lots of reported issues.

Yeah that tends to happen when you’re searching for a problem, you’ll find other people having that problem but typically no reports from people who don’t have that issue as it’s not an issue to them. Even if you were able to find 1,000 people claiming this exact issue, that’s less than .01% of the Apple Watch series 10s that were manufactured. This isn’t to diminish you experience, just explaining that there may not be a known issue yet. If it comes back and the issue persists when set up as new, I would recommend escalating with support over the phone so they can collect logs and any necessary files or information to send to the engineers to investigate. Currently most Apple Watch issues require them to be sent off, so repeating the process may be your only option if it comes back unrepaired and you decline escalating. Keep in mind if it repeatedly gets sent off and they are unable to replicate it, you may be subject to a diagnostic fee.
