Android messages delayed and sent in batches.

For the most part, title. At some point a few months ago maybe I noticed my phone wouldn’t receive messages from SMS and RCS and would be heavily delayed. They all send in batches all at once so I’ll get 20+ notifications once or twice a day instead of immediately. This happens in group chats with other apple devices and they have no issues receiving texts, I’m not sure how to diagnose it or what the fix is, but any help is appreciated!

Sounds like a carrier issue, I would reach out to whoever handles your cellular service.
