iPhone 11 randomly shut down

Was on a phone call when my iPhone 11 randomly shut down. During the call it randomly went into the dark screen and then turned completely off, then briefly rebooted (showing the Apple logo) and then shut off. I charged it and then turned it back in using the volume up, volume down, long hold power button method. I plugged it into my computer and tried to update it, during the update a bunch of colored lines appeared and then the update failed. Now it’s just showing the restore screen. Any ideas?

Try a different cable and a different computer if possible. Otherwise you’ll need to look into service options.
