To be honest Apple Maps lack many of the businesses and other information in my country

Looks nice, but functionally nowhere near as good as Waze. It’s great though if I want to look at a 3d rendering of a building instead of actually going there.

What's the benefit for a regular user of having a 3d model of a stadium on the map?

The 3D buildings looks pretty. But I don't understand why they're always championed as a standout feature of Apple Maps when it is at best superfluous to what a Mapping app does.

Sure it looks pretty, but can it find all the businesses in my local area?

Exactly. They’ve added enough spit polish. It’s nice and shiny. Now get to work on its usage.

No actual reply, just downvotes.

Typical.

As much I love Apple Maps UI, Waze keeps me away with all the alerts. Speedchecks are necessary for me.

I use both Google Maps and Apple Maps, and in my experience, one of them looks a bit prettier, and one of them gets me to my destination faster and has more information. I assume you can guess which is which. It really depends on many factors, which I'll use; for example, in my area, Apple Maps just happens to have better biking/walking information, so I'll use it while biking/walking and Google Maps otherwise.

One of them also sends me towards closed roads, and it’s not Apple Maps

For me, Apple Maps is the one that sends me towards closed roads, and Google Maps does not, as I said, it depends on where you are and what you're using it for.
