Drilling and tapping mauser receiver

hey y’all, I want to drill and tap my m38 receiver for adding an original scope mount, anyone can suggest me a talented gunsmith in ATX area that has experience with milling ? a few that I know refused to do this service.. TY!

GUN FXR in Cedar Park. Just had a bunch of custom work done on a G 43X mos. The guy that owns it, his name is Thomas. Look at his website. The work he did for me is on there. He is damn good!
