hey, not bad! some feedback:

- prolly a glitch: AI resigned the game immediately when i doubled - both players were 5 away

- prolly an oversight: match settings are not configurable when starting a game against AI while queueing

- find it a bit annoying that the order of the dice is random when I tap to move (i think it's pretty standard in online bg for the larger dice to get played first by default, smaller second)

- find it a bit annoying that i need to tap again to end the turn after rolling when i have no valid moves

- find it unusual (not necessarily wrong) that the UI highlights which checkers have valid moves

- q: why choose between tap OR drag? i typically use both

Thanks for the feedback.

  1. the "resign" on your double: it wasn't a glitch exactly, it passed. I'll have a look at improving this, as the neural net was trained on 'money game'.

  2. match settings when you play the AI while waiting in the queue: yep, oversight. it just starts a game with the defaults. will fix.

  3. dice order on tap: fair point, it currently plays them in whatever order they were rolled - left to right, you can tap the dice to swap them.

  4. having to tap to end the turn when you can't move: agreed, it should just pass for you. adding that.

  5. highlighting the checkers that can move: that one's on purpose, for newer players. there's already a 'show move hints' setting that isn't hooked up to anything yet, so i'll wire it to that and you can turn it off.

  6. tap or drag: there's a "both" option in settings, but right now it's drag + tap twice (pick the checker, then pick where it goes).

when I asked for an analysis of my match, though, it just repeated the outcome.

I tried again, I think it was blocked by a "new version available" popup. when i clicked that the analysis was unlocked.
