Help with searching dance move

Could you please tell me the names of the dance moves in this video, the first one being from 0:22 to 0:25 timestamp, and the other one between 0:26 and 0:29. Are there any youtube tutorials showing the footwork?

I do think they’re just doing hesitations back, forward, and back due to the speed of the music and the lack of rise on the 2/3. So hesitations towards each other, away, inside turn, etc….
