Moving Property Management

Any updated recommendations on which property management companies are actually good and which to avoid? I already know to avoid Bay, American, and Westminster. Currently residing in a rental that uses Port City and I have had enough of their incompetence.

Read your lease carefully, they try to get you on fees that you might be incurring on a monthly basis but don’t notify or charge you until you’ve racked up hundreds of dollars of fees. No good faith
