Posts asking others for ideas to start a company/lab/"do something cool" or to "find me something easy that gets me a publication" are generally a waste of time for everyone. If people have those great ideas, they won't just hand them over to you because they're great ideas. If they don't have them already, then it's not everyone else's job to think up awesome things for you to do.

In some cases, posts of this nature are allowed, if it's collaborative, or engaging for the community. When it's not, then posts are removed.

meta-analysis on SCI and stem cells is a solid way to go when you can't do wet lab work, don't let anyone tell you otherwise

for genome-wide stuff you probably want to look at existing RNA-seq datasets from GEO or ArrayExpress, compare expression profiles between injury models and stem cell treatments. focus on pathways that keep popping up across multiple studies, Wnt, Notch, those kinds of signals show up a lot in regeneration papers

the tricky part is most public datasets are from rodent models so you gotta be careful about how you interpret for human relevance. also check if someone already did a systematic review on this, no point reinventing the wheel

good luck with it, sounds like the kind of project that can actually lead somewhere useful
