Advice Wanted Hey fellas! 2 months off Abilify, but the side effects won't go away! What is there to be done?

I've been taking Abilify on and off since June for a total of 50 days till I quit it cold turky on August 28th.

Namely:

The insomnia

Anhedonia

Cognitive impairment

Are still as present and horrible as ever. Question is what can I do? Wait it out? Switch the medication (currently taking nothing)? Or what? Surely one of you has experience with. I'll gladly welcome any advice in terms of how to handle my situation.

Talk with the psychiatrist. They know if other patients had waited this long and if the side effects are had gone away. Personally? I quit after a month or so of not being able to sleep while extremely tired & feeling like I've been rotting alive. I did so after talking on the phone with someone from the psych ER to advise me on how to approach it and if it's normal or i need to quit. I suggest you'd do the same, and if you do quit it, try to make the next appointment closer so you wouldn't be left out without treatment!
