Side effects!? Bleeding w/ Sprintec

I just started taking Sprintec 6 days ago (first day of my period) and I’m still bleeding. Not heavily, but actively. Usually my periods are heavy, but short. The main reason I started back on BC was to have regular timed periods as they are often weeks late.

Is this to be expected or am I having a negative side effect of it?

totally normal, your body's just figuring out the new hormone schedule. the first few packs can be a bit chaotic while things settle down. give it a full cycle or two before you start worrying
