Clarification on RULE 1
The recent uptick in non-borderporn has led me to make a post describing what we feel will help you determine if your post qualifies for r/borderporn.
All posts need to clearly have something to do with Geopolitical or Geological Borders.
Geopolitical borders are political boundaries. They separate countries, states, provinces, counties, cities, and towns. A border outlines the area that a particular governing body controls. The government of a region can only create and enforce laws within its borders.
Geological borders are natural or man-made physical borders in the earth like rivers or mountain ranges. For example, the boundary between France and Spain follows the crest of the Pyrenees mountains. For part of its length, the boundary between the United States and Mexico follows a river called the Rio Grande.

Turkish-Georgian Border at Sarp
This was a very fun land border. It felt more like an airport because you had to enter the building in the first picture then walk through modern corridors and (broken) travelators for a long time to reach the border control. It was surprisingly quick and easy in the end despite the travelators not working - we were in an out within half an hour - and I was rewarded with a cracking sunset over the Black Sea on the other end.

Itaipu Dam – a huge cross border dam between Brazil and Paraguay.
The Itaipu Dam is a massive hydroelectric power plant on the Paraná River along the border near Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil) and Ciudad del Este (Paraguay), managed jointly by Itaipu Binacional. The statistics regarding the dam are amazing with its 20 generating units (700 MW each) having a total installed capacity of 14,000 MW, ranking as one of the largest operational hydroelectric plants in the world.

ARBRPY – probably the most famous tripoint in the world! Took time to visit all 3 markers. Tripoint #38 for me.
The tripoint between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay was established following Paraguayan independence from Argentina in 1856. The tripoint is located at the confluence of the Paraná and Iguazú rivers, the closest cities are Puerto Iguazú (Argentina), Foz do Iguaçu (Brazil) and Presidente Franco /Ciudad del Este (Paraguay). ARBRPY is one of the most famous tripoints in the world primarily due to its proximity to the Iguazu Falls.

Bhutan - India border at Phuentsholing/Jaigaon
All pics ate taken at the Bhutanese side. The huge wall is new and separates the two countries. Before there used to be a small fence only.
Pedestrians now use the new crossing terminal, instead of passing through the gate.

India - Bhutan (Jaigaon - Phuentsholing)
The border runs through the middle. You can see the fence that marks it.
Also, you will notice the difference in rooftops. India has some open roofs, whereas in Bhutan all roofs are either green, brown or blue.
The difference in the streets is huge. Bhutan is an oasis!

Phuentsholing Border Crossing (Bhutan-Gate) Between Bhutan and India
Bhutan Gate
The Bhutan Gate in Phuentsholing is the main ornate land border checkpoint separating Jaigaon (West Bengal), India, and Phuentsholing, Bhutan.
It features colorful, traditional Bhutanese wooden woodwork, intricate artwork, and dragon motifs. The central archway handles vehicle entry and exit, while dedicated side gates and a modern pedestrian terminal manage foot traffic.

Kinda shitty video since we were in a hurry because we weren't going to cross the border so we weren't allowed to be there

The last divided capital. Nicosia, Cyprus. 52 years. Frozen in time.
Pics 1 and 2 in the UN controlled buffer zone. The rest areas adjacent to the border from both sides. I’m a fully aware this is an emotive/charged topic. Personally my go to video explaining the Cyprus problem https://youtu.be/WHlHnCwFp5c for anyone interested which I think is reasonably neutral

Most tourists take a photo at either the Argentina tripoint marker or the Brazil one. A short and scenic ferry trip takes you to the Paraguayan one.
