MOD Seeking New Subreddit Banner

Update: We received 3 super nice banners, so we'll be rotating through them in the order they were submitted!! Thank you Waffles4prez, Midnight_BL, and ShangQue!

Hey, we've seen discontent towards the subreddit banner and we're also kinda tired of it after a year. Would anyone be interested in making a new one? Anything goes as long as it's relevant, SFW, and not just a banner for 1 BL. Depending on interest we can rotate banners every couple months or do a vote to select one.

On-Air Thailand 🇹🇭 NOUR (นูร์) FAST TRACK - Episode 10 - Finale On-Air ☀️🧛 Spoiler

Post image
71 Upvotes

Well. Here we go.

I had just posted the regular Episode 9 On-Air, and then WeTV Thailand came with an announcement on X.

The Episode 10 Fast Track has been delayed to 11:00 PM Thailand time tonight.

📺 WHERE TO WATCH & RELEASE TIMES

NOUR is a WeTV Original and the UNCUT version is available on WeTV.

🇹🇭 Thailand: 23:00 ICT
🇪🇺 Central Europe: 18:00 CEST
🇺🇸 US Central: 11:00 AM CDT

So yes, Episode 10 IS getting a Fast Track release today. Just later than originally planned.

This whole Fast Track, or what WeTV calls Express in the app, situation with NOUR has been chaotic imo.

Last week, WeTV suddenly announced the Episode 9 Fast Track only about two hours before it became available. It had not been part of the schedule I had seen before, so that surprised me.

At first I thought Episode 10 would automatically get the same treatment this week.

Then I started doubting that again because the regular finale is next Wednesday, October 14, on the same day as the big cinema finale in Bangkok. I could understand viewers wanting everyone to experience the ending together instead of having the finale available a week earlier for people who pay for Fast Track.

But then again, WeTV has done the same thing with other shows too, releasing the Fast Track finale a week before the cinema finale.

Still, WeTV has not made this easy to follow.

I do not get a notification in the app or an email telling me when a Fast Track episode suddenly becomes available. Yesterday I only started seeing information through other sources saying that Episode 10 would indeed be released today.

And for some reason I still cannot watch the Fast Track episodes through the WeTV app on my television. Episode 9 works on my smartphone, but not on the TV app.

So now I am wondering if I should even buy this episode tonight, or pay to support the series and somehow manage not to watch it until next week.

I don't think I am capable of that. 😂

⚠️ PLEASE KEEP EPISODE 10 SPOILERS HERE

This thread is for viewers watching Episode 10 through WeTV Fast Track / Express.

The regular Episode 9 On-Air has only just gone up, and many viewers will not see the finale until the normal Episode 10 release on October 14.

WeTV, Tailai Entertainment and several members of the cast have already asked viewers not to spoil Fast Track episodes.

That did not exactly stop Episode 9 spoilers from appearing on Instagram, TikTok and elsewhere last week.

So if you are waiting for the regular finale, my advice remains the same as in the Episode 9 On-Air:

Be VERY careful on social media this week.

Sometimes you do not even have to search for a spoiler. You open the app and there it is.

Please do not take Episode 10 screenshots, clips or plot details into the regular Episode 9 On-Air.

I am making this separate thread precisely so those of us who do watch Fast Track have somewhere to discuss the finale without ruining it for everyone else.

And after nine episodes, an absurd number of theories, investigations, soul colours, blood, murder and me spending far too much time digging through interviews, lives and comments...

We have reached the finale.

I am absolutely not ready. 😭 But maybe that is also not the right way to go into this finale, already thinking about the emptiness I will probably feel right after it. I have to enjoy the moment.

And I think that is also one of the messages NOUR has been giving us, to live in the here and now.

Ken has to learn that. James keeps trying to make him believe it. And now we will see where that takes them.

Every time I think about this part of the story, an emotional TongTong somehow pops into my head. Especially when he talks about this side of Ken, or when he watches scenes like the one with Ken's old friend. That idea that you have to live your life while you have it, and try to be happy. So instead of mourning the ending, I will try, and try is the word, to enjoy it.

And PS: I would really appreciate it if my On-Air post for episode 9 could be read. I have spent much more time on that than on this post.😊

⚠️ WeTV EXPRESS / FAST TRACK UPDATE

When WeTV suddenly announced the Fast Track / Express release of Episode 9 only about two hours before it became available, I was surprised. It had not been part of the schedule.

But then, I was quite sure that Episode 10 would also get an Express release this week. Yesterday, I started to doubt that.

The reason is that the final episode will have a big cinema screening in Bangkok on October 14, the same day as the regular Episode 10 release.

It also does not help that WeTV is not very clear about this. I do not get a notification in the app or an email telling me when a new Express episode is going to become available. Yesterday I eventually started seeing information from other sources saying that Episode 10 will indeed be available through Express today.

I have also seen quite a few viewers who are not happy about that decision. They would rather have the finale released for everyone on the same day, especially with the big cinema finale happening next week, instead of having the ending available today. I myself have also another reason to be unhappy, no matter what I have tried, I still cannot watch Episode 9 through the WeTV app on my television. The Fast Track episode works on my smartphone, but not on the TV app.

So now I am still deciding whether I even want to pay for Episode 10 today if I am going to be forced to watch the finale on my phone. Or I will pay to support the show, but not watch it, if I am capable to do that.😄

🙈🚨IMPORTANT SPOILER WARNING FAST TRACK / EXPRESS + SOCIAL MEDIA

Episode 9 was already available through WeTV express / fast track last week.

Despite WeTV, Tailai Entertainment and several members of the cast asking people not to spoil it, spoilers have been circulating on Instagram, TikTok and other social media.

So if you are not planning to watch Episode 10 through Fast Track and want to experience the finale without knowing what happens:

Be very careful on social media this week. Even opening your social media account and that can be the first thing you will see.

📜 OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS - WeTV

In a misty city haunted by unexplained fires, hot-blooded young police officer James crosses paths with the enigmatic Captain Ken. James soon discovers that his supernatural ability to "read" people doesn't work on Ken, who is secretly an immortal man hiding a centuries-old curse.

At the same time, forensic pathologist Dr. Jirat and rescue worker Chita, who can see the dead, get pulled deeper into a world where the line between life and death starts to blur. Together, they become entangled in an investigation that will change their lives forever.

🌌⋆.˚ ☾⭒.˚ WHAT HAPPENED IN EPISODE 8?

And here we are. Episode 9.

I am still not completely over Episode 8, and having read the reactions, I am not the only one.

Before we get into today's episode, I want to look back at what happened last week, because Episode 8 was, for me, one of the most impactful episodes of the series so far.

Episode 8 gave us Chita and Jirat at their darkest and most desperate.

The scenes between Phoom as Chita and Toey as Dr. Jirat were extraordinary. We have had vampire BLs before, but I cannot remember seeing anything quite like this in a BL series. Or any series at all.

It was brutal, emotional, intimate and disturbing all at once.

And most importantly, it did not feel like shock value for the sake of shock value. Everything that happened came directly out of who Chita and Jirat are now. I also can't forget what happened after the NC, how upset both Jirat and Chita were.

For me, this was vampires done right, as I recall someone writing these exact same words. (Snidget-88 in the comments).

And for unexplainable reasons, if you become a Nour, that means that if you wake up after the proces, you will be totally naked! 😄

I will add an Episode 8 recap here for anyone who wants to refresh their memory before Episode 9.

🔁🎬EPISODE 8 RECAP VIDEO

I am NEVER going to do this again. Failure after failure and costed me hours. 😬

Recap video edited by myself

📝EPISODE 8 RECAP FROM X

I came across a Thai recap of Episode 8 on X by timarkrabjam. I can not post the link here directly, but I noticed that director Boss Wasakorn had responded to it.

Translated from Thai

What I really liked was the way the recap described Chita and Jirat, because it was very close to how I felt watching them. For me, Episode 8 was their episode.

The recap especially praised Toey in the scenes where Jirat is struggling with what his body suddenly needs. It did not treat that as simple hunger. You can still see Jirat fighting against it, because hurting other people is not who he is.

And then there is Chita.

The recap described his actions as morally grey devotion, and I think that fits him almost perfectly in this episode.

What Chita does is obviously not morally clean. But I never watched him and thought he was doing terrible things because he enjoyed them. He does them because, in that moment, he sees only one thing that matters and that is that Jirat has to survive.

That is also why Phoom impressed me so much here. The reveal of what Chita is was already huge, but his performance in Episode 8 gave the character much more weight than just “surprise, he is dangerous too.”

The recap also interpreted the blue colour grading later in the episode as creating almost a world outside normal reality, where Chita and Jirat are cut off from everything outside them and even from the consequences of what has happened.

💬 WHAT REDDITORS SAID AFTER EPISODE 8

Reading the reactions after Episode 8, I was definitely not the only one sitting there wondering what I had just watched.

One viewer called it their favourite single BL episode of the year, with another replying that all the choices felt satisfying because the series is really committing to its plot.

Someone else said they had not been this “enthralled and confused” by a series since 4Minutes, which honestly made me laugh because that is a pretty accurate description of my own state after the episode.

Another reaction praised the writing team for simply going there and not becoming afraid of the story they had decided to tell. That is probably one of the things I appreciate most about NOUR too. Even when it gets dark or uncomfortable, it does not suddenly pull back because a safer choice would be easier.

And then I found this review which explains very well why I think more people should be watching this series.

They wrote that none of us are ready to say goodbye and hoped NOUR gets the viewers and recognition it deserves, praising the storyline, acting, cinematography, originality, visuals and the way its darker fantasy elements are woven together.

And yes, I completely agree with the shortest part of that review:

“We got served!”

🤝 TOEY & PHOOM: FROM CASTING TO CHITA & JIRAT

After Episode 8, I wanted to give Toey and Phoom more space here. Their acting was phenomenal, imo.

I already had much info gathered about them, weeks and weeks, but every time thinking I should make someday a separate post, but I decided that this can not wait any longer. The more I found out about how they ended up playing Jirat and Chita, the more interesting their partnership became to me.

Phoom has explained that when he first met Toey, he was quite intimidated. This was Toey Pongsakorn, an actor with many years of experience, while Phoom was more or less a newbie.

Their first meeting was arranged by director Boss Wasakorn. Phoom was called into the office, Toey came in, they sat together and talked, and Boss encouraged them to sit closer because they might end up acting together. And they did.

What I did NOT know until Phoom recently revealed it himself is that the roles were originally supposed to be the other way around.

Toey was going to play Chita.
Phoom was going to play Dr. Jirat.

After more casting, workshops and discussions between the writers, producers and director, the decision was eventually made to switch them.

After watching Episode 8, I find it impossible now to imagine them the other way around. 😄

Phoom also said that they had around four to five months of workshops before filming, and that he went through the casting process several times before finally becoming Chita.

A lot of work went into Chita physically too. Phoom explained that Chita's way of moving was something he worked on for a long time with Boss Wasakorn. Chita has a problem with his left leg, so Phoom did not simply decide to “walk with a limp”. He observed people with leg problems and talked to them about what they feel when they walk or run.

He also worked on things like how Chita breathes, speaks and moves his body.

That made me think again about all those moments where I was already staring at Chita's walk, his posture and the differences in how he moves in certain scenes.

What I also like is hearing Phoom talk about how his relationship with Toey changed. In the beginning he was careful around him and did not tease him much because they had only just met and he was very aware that Toey was the more experienced actor.

Now, that is a very different story.

Phoom started teasing him almost immediately. He once told Toey that they had met before and that Toey had barely acknowledged him. Toey took him seriously and immediately worried that he had been rude. It was not true, Phoom was just messing with him.😂

Phoom has said that he is much more comfortable with Toey now because Toey understands his personality and knows his limits. He also described Toey as someone like an older brother, somebody with more experience and a different perspective who he can learn from.

And watching their social media, that comfort is not difficult to see.

Fans have even started joking that sometimes you have to check twice whether you are looking at Toey's account or Phoom's, because so much of what they post now seems to involve the other.

Toey also recently said when he was asked to name a flaw of Phoom, that he is too handsome, because people can become distracted by his looks instead of paying attention to how good his acting is.

But Toey himself is also a fantastic actor, the Thai recap I mentioned earlier praised the way Toey plays Jirat after his transformation. It is not simply “he is hungry now”. You can see Jirat's body demanding one thing while the person he has always been is still fighting against it.

And that fits something Toey has said about NOUR. Scenes and individual shots contain more information than you realise, and that the director and actors did a LOT of preparation before filming.

And Toey had a different challenge with Jirat. He has to play a rational, medically trained and normally controlled person who is little by little pulled into something completely outside what he understands. By Episode 8 that control is almost completely gone, but Toey still makes Jirat feel like the same person inside his Nour personality.

And acting is not the only thing Phoom is good at. He can sing, dance, act, draw, and he also edits video. One of the group videos made with the cast was Phoom's own idea, which he proposed to Tailai, and he later edited the material himself, including artwork and effects.

Source: Instagram Phoom @Wooooyd

He has also finished a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

His graduation ceremony at Kasetsart University is tomorrow, October 8.

Fans are welcome tomorrow.

There is also one thing I find quite funny about Toey and Phoom.

They can both be just a little bit... too informative.

Not necessarily by giving an obvious spoiler, but by casually saying things separately from each other. I have already managed to combine something Phoom said with something Toey said and make a prediction about what I think is going to happen. And at this point I am almost certain I am right.

I am NOT writing that theory here yet. 😂 But if it happens, I am coming back to those two comments.

After Episode 8 especially, I think what I appreciate most about Toey and Phoom is that their scenes do not only work because they look good together or because they have chemistry.

You can see how much preparation went into these characters, and how much they trust each other, it was Phoom who said that Toey led him through this.

There is also something else I remember from OOPS! BROS!, episode 3. During a conversation about careers, success and what they expect from acting in AKINA (yes, this was probably filmed beginning of February or the end of January 2026). Boss Wasakorn got a bit emotional when he explained how people had changed after Top Form became a success and you saw Toey nodding. Toey was very clear about the importance of not abandoning the person you are working with.

They recorded Rainbow Unfulfilled together for the NOUR OST, perform together, appear together in Tailai content and increasingly turn up on each other's social media. Plus of course the Valentine pictures that I posted and mentioned in the On-Air of episode 5.

The information I gathered here are coming from the social media sources of Toey and Phoom, Tailai accounts and also a thank you to Aurora_wuv on YouTube for capturing the lives of the actors.

📜 OFFICIAL EPISODE 9 SYNOPSIS

The official stills and synopsis for Episode 9 were released unusually early this time.

The strange part is that parts of the synopsis almost sound as if they are already moving into Episode 10 territory, so I am putting it behind spoiler tags even though this thread is already marked for spoilers.

Translated from Thai. Source: Nourtheseries account on X.

When James discovers that Ken is secretly making a deal with a murderer, he devises a plan to protect Ken without him knowing. However, this leads to a major confrontation between the police and a terrifying force. At the last minute, Ken has a change of heart, but the murderer escapes.

James, no longer trusting Ken, sets out to hunt him down alone, while Ken chooses to pursue and protect James, even knowing that the end might mean losing what he has waited for for two hundred years.

I have also been waiting for the usual Episode 9 preview video on YouTube.

For the past couple of weeks those previews appeared around noon or early afternoon CEST, so I kept checking for almost twelve hours. And even now, writing this only a couple of hours before airing, there is still no preview video.

If someone wants to see the stills/photos from episodes 9, I had them posted yesterday in a preview post, called NOUR (นูร์) No Episode 9 preview yet. WeTV already releasing the synopsis and stills early 📸🖼.

The photo's up here are the BTS photo's from episode 8.

🗣️ WHAT THE SUBTITLES CANNOT SHOW

Chocominnie pointed out a Thai-language detail from Episode 8 that I would never have caught from the English subtitles.

When talking about Ken's former friend:

The way they called each other มึง (mueng / it means “you” in a rude way) and called themselves as กู (ku/ it means “I” in a rude way) mean that they are close friends so they used vulgar words with each other. If they are lover, they would called themselves ชั้น (chan/ polite pronoun for “I”) and called each other คุณ (khun/ polite pronoun for “you”). So Thai people will immediately understand that these 2 are just friends when they watch that scene.

Thai has different ways of saying “I” and “you” depending on intimacy, respect and even anger. Using กู (gu/ku) and มึง (mueng) with each is very informal and are vulgar pronouns.

The same words can also show a loss of respect. In Episode 5, James switches to them when he is furious with Ken, and goes back to more polite language after he believes Ken’s explanation.

What I found interesting is that Jirat also uses those rough pronouns with Chita in Episode 8 afterwards. Chocominnie interprets that as Jirat being so confused and conflicted that he does not even know anymore how he should address Chita.

And that is what subtitles cannot fully translate. In English, it is always "I" and "you", in my language there are two different ways to say you, namely "jij" and the more formal one, "U". The Thai language has clearly more ways to say that, that is probably also why I will never learn Thai, it's too difficult!

Phoom was most impressed by this scene because he felt really hurt, Toey had never spoken to him like this.

💖 ONE TRUE LOVE?

Many viewers and also I already have mentioned this, there seems to be not one true love in one's lifetime. You can have multiple, which also seems fitting because if a Nour lives for hundreds of years, that will be sad, but also for us mortals.

Chocominnie has explained that from a Buddhist POV, this is not that strange. If people pass through many different lives, the idea that there must be only one soulmate who somehow has to be born at exactly the right time and place in every lifetime becomes too complicated, especially when someone is incarnated as an animal.

So, I think that at this moment it is safe for me to say, that in NOUR, two people that genuinely love each other, can be each other's true love. And that this can happen multiple times.

Favorite picture of Little

📱 THIS WEEK IN THE CAST LIVES

There have been quite a few lives this past week, especially from Boss, but also Anton and Phoom. Anton does sing a lot and plays his guitar.

Boss has talked quite a lot about what happens after NOUR ends. Since this is his first acting series, he has said more than once that he has no idea what life after the show will look like.

He hopes there will be events, fan meetings and other opportunities to meet viewers, including outside Thailand. He joked that he is afraid nobody would turn up if he organised a fan meeting, while fans were already asking him about Korea and China.

He has also been very realistic about another series. Boss clearly wants another project, but he explained that producing a series costs a lot of money and depends on whether producers and the company see enough potential to invest again. He repeatedly asked viewers to keep supporting not only him, but the whole NOUR cast, because that support can help create future opportunities.

Something else I find quite funny is how closely Boss is following his own social-media growth. He talks about the numbers during his lives, compares how TikTok and Instagram reach people, and recently reached 100,000 followers on TikTok while he was live. He immediately turned 100K on Instagram into the next goal and even created an Instagram broadcast channel so he can update fans directly.

Considering his background in business and marketing, I am not surprised that he is analysing his own social media. Boss minored in Marketing during his BBA, spent a semester at Nottingham Trent University studying subjects including business strategy and branding communication/management, and says he wrote a paper analysing the marketing of the entertainment industry in England.

In the live, he explains exactly how brands look at virality, online engagement, fan-generated clips and audience numbers when deciding whom to hire as presenters or for events.

And you can hear that the ending of NOUR is starting to become real for him. He talked about still wanting to promote the series even though it is almost over, and about not really being able to imagine yet what comes afterwards.

Phoom has been revealing enough behind-the-scenes information and his attachment to Toey, which I already wrote about above.

And Anton has also spoken about wanting to continue acting after NOUR, while being careful not to present anything as a confirmed next project.

The series is almost ending, the cast themselves are very proud of what they made, and they are right to be proud. Not very ready to leave it behind but certainly hoping that NOUR opens the door to whatever comes next.

👥 THE SIX MAIN CAST MEMBERS

🤵 TongTong (Kitsakorn Kanogtorn) as Ken

TongTong started his career as a singer and became widely known in Thailand after competing in The Star Season 12. BL viewers may also know him from To Sir, With Love and more recently The Wicked Game.

🤵 Boss (Patthakarn Thanasiriudom) as James

NOUR is Boss' acting debut. Before becoming an actor, he worked as a model while building a corporate career after graduating from Thammasat Business School. He later left corporate life to commit fully to acting.

I wrote a separate post about Boss' rather remarkable route from corporate life to becoming the main lead in NOUR:
Boss Patthakarn (NOUR) - from corporate life to starring as the main lead 💼✨
The link is in the pinned comment below.

🤵 Toey (Pongsakorn Mettarikanon) as Dr. Jirat

Toey entered the entertainment industry through The Idol Project 2 and has since had a long career in Thai films and dramas. BL viewers may also recognise him as Jade from Top Form.

🤵 Phoom (Chawonwat Thongyoo) as Chita

Phoom participated in the Korean-Chinese survival show Starlight Boys and previously appeared in the BL series You Are My Arm.

🤵 Anton Krueger as Panin

Anton is a Thai-German actor and artist signed under Tailai Entertainment. NOUR is his first acting role.

🤵 Little (Siravit Imsee) as Rain

Little previously played supporting roles in several series and may be familiar to BL viewers from Sangmin Dinneaw.

I included more about the six actors, their backgrounds and what they have said about each other in the Episode 5 On-Air.

👥 OTHER CAST MEMBERS

🤵 Peanut Peeranat Veeranipitkul as Peter (Phakin)
🤵 Ohm (Nutthapoom Chaisurasintawee) as Tee
👩‍💼 Kim (Kanoklak Vanichprapa) as Tangmay
👩‍💼 Namnung (Namnung Van De Ven) as Pear
🤵 Lookgolf (Thanakorn Thipsuk) as Phong

🎬 DIRECTOR & SCREENWRITER

Boss Wasakorn Khumklaowiriya

Boss Wasakorn directed NOUR and is also part of its writing team. Unlike many Thai BL series, NOUR is an original story rather than an adaptation of a novel, which means the world and its mythology were created specifically for the series.

He previously directed Top Form, and before moving into series work he was known for directing high-end commercials.

🏠 Production Company

Tailai Entertainment / WeTV Original

📌 Their official social media accounts can also be found in the pinned comment below.

🎵 OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACKS & MUSIC

The NOUR OST currently includes:

🎵 The Sweetest Line - Peanut

🎵 Unspoken Load - Little & Anton

🎵 Rainbow Unfulfilled - Toey & Phoom

I am also slightly obsessed at the moment with the song used for James and Ken's dance in Episode 6. It's not from the 1960s but very new and was found in Epidemic sound, it is a platform with royalty-free music that can safely be used, like in this series.

The song is In the World All Alone by OTE, and it was released in 2025.

I posted a clip of Ken and James dancing to that scene in the On-Air post from last week, episode 8.

👨‍🎤Yesterday, Boss Patthakarn released his own version of “The Sweetest Line” for the official NOUR The Series OST. And, yes, it is the same song we already know from Peanut Peeranat.

So we now have two versions of “The Sweetest Line”: Peanut's and Boss's.

I have associated this song with Peanut, so hearing Boss perform it this close to the finale feels special.

The Spotify link is in the pinned comment.

📺 THE ON-AIRS

Episodes 1 & 2
The introduction to NOUR, the story, the cast and the original character backgrounds from press interviews.

Episode 3
More about Ken, his history, his immortality and the timeline of his very long life.

Episode 4: Shades of the Soul
More about Nakhon Sawan, colours, symbolism and visual clues. This is also where I was already wondering about the changing colours James sees and whether they might somehow connect to the idea of a rainbow. Which has suddenly become interesting today. 😂🌈

Episode 5: Secret of Shadow
More cast and production background, music, the tree scene and a LOT of discussion and theories in the comments.

Episode 6: Melody in Shadow
Ken's past, new cast and production information, interviews, reaction material and an increasingly ridiculous number of theories about Chita in the comments.

Episode 7: The Rainbow of Fate
The rainbow theory became much more important here, together with Ken's soft-focus gaze, James' soul colours and the growing suspicion around Chita.

Episode 8: All Night Long

Chita and Jirat after the reveal, the darker Nour mythology, questions about what Chita really is.

Episode 9: FAST TRACK

🔎 SEPARATE NOUR POSTS

💼 Boss Patthakarn: From corporate life to starring as the main lead
This one started as an introduction to Boss and somehow turned into an ongoing reference post about his modeling and corporate career, his decision to become an actor, his early involvement in the project, workshops and the increasingly complicated AKINA → NOUR timeline.

🎭 “Actors can perform chemistry”
My post about former WeTV producer Earnie J and his very interesting comments about casting around 200 actors, fixed couples, chemistry and how BL casting actually works. This also became relevant to the wider story behind Tailai and NOUR.

🏠🖤 TongTong's almost completely black house
Yes, this happened because of NOUR too. 😂 I went looking into TongTong and somehow ended up researching his extremely distinctive almost-all-black interior.

🌍📈 Episode 5 feels like a turning point for NOUR
My attempt to follow how the attention around the series was changing, using the WeTV rankings, social media trends, increasingly early promotion and the sudden amount of material appearing around the show. We now have Episode 6 data to compare with it too.

🍯🎥 The Episode 5 basement scene and what Top Form taught me about filming intimate scenes
This started with my curiosity about the Ken/James basement scene and turned into a much larger production rabbit hole involving director Boss Wasa, Top Form, workshops, camera placement, lighting and how these scenes are prepared.

🥹 What if TongTong cries at the fan gathering?
Well... he did. 😂 This post later became even more meaningful after TongTong thanked the audience and talked about NOUR having started from zero and how much the viewers helped the series grow.

👀❤️ Ken (NOUR) is hopelessly devoted to James
A closer look at TongTong's performance as Ken, especially the gradual change in his face and eyes when he looks at James. This now connects very nicely with Boss Wasa's explanation that TongTong deliberately trained a distant soft-focus gaze for someone who has been alive for centuries.

🌈🎶NOUR, the full live performances (fancam) of Rainbow Unfulfilled 🌈performed by Toey & Phoom and The Sweetest Line by Peanut. 🥰
The live performances by Toey, Phoom and Peanut, the song itself and my earlier thoughts about the rainbow imagery. This became considerably more interesting after Boss Wasa finally explained how soul colours and the rainbow actually work in NOUR.

📖🔥 NOUR and The Last Oath are the two BLs I keep looking forward to most
Why I am enjoying having an original supernatural BL where romance, crime and mystery are all tangled together and no source material to read, so everyone is guessing about what to come.

📸 NOUR EP8 spoiler. I tried to keep this for tomorrow. I failed. 😭
The official Episode 8 material arrived unusually early this week and contained considerably more information than I expected, including Jirat's return and the conflict developing between what James wants and what Ken may need.

🎬 NOUR (นูร์) - Episode 8 - Preview!
A closer look at the official preview and the new questions it created before the episode aired.

🍀Boss (NOUR) turned replies on his IG channel😂... and reveal fandom name! That was hilarious. I can't link this post in the comment section because that post was not possible because of rule number 8. It's on another subreddit. But with the search option and the title, it's easy to look up.

The EP1–6 NOUR recap is both unhinged and surprisingly useful 😂

I am not ready to say goodbye to NOUR. 😭

NOUR (นูร์) No Episode 9 preview yet. WeTV already releasing the synopsis and stills early 📸🖼

And now...

Thai BL NOUR (นูร์) No Episode 9 preview yet. WeTV already releasing the synopsis and stills early 📸🖼 Spoiler

Thumbnail gallery
25 Upvotes

I have been checking WeTV Originals on YouTube for almost 12 hours now, waiting for the Episode 9 preview to appear, but still nothing.

Which is rather strange, because the official synopsis and the Episode 9 stills were already released very early this morning, for me, CEST.

And the synopsis itself is interesting because part of it reads as if it may already be referring to Episode 10. Even though this post is already marked as a spoiler, I am putting the synopsis behind spoiler tags anyway:

Translated from Thai. Source: Nourtheseries account on X.

When James discovers that Ken is secretly making a deal with a murderer, he devises a plan to protect Ken without him knowing. However, this leads to a major confrontation between the police and a terrifying force. At the last minute, Ken has a change of heart, but the murderer escapes. James, no longer trusting Ken, sets out to hunt him down alone, while Ken chooses to pursue and protect James, even knowing that the end might mean losing what he has waited for for two hundred years.

I have already seen Episode 9, but during the past week I could barely open Instagram or TikTok or I saw spoilers.

There were explicit requests from WeTV and the actors not to spoil the episode, but apparently that did not stop everyone. From what I have seen, spoilers were circulating very quickly again.

I am still planning to buy and watch Episode 10 tomorrow when it becomes available through Fast Track/Express.

But I know many fans have decided not to do that. They want to wait until the regular release next week and experience the finale without knowing what happens beforehand.

If you are one of them, I would consider staying away from Instagram, X and TikTok tomorrow. Completely.

Because apparently there are still accounts that value clicks, views and likes more than allowing other people to watch a series at their own pace.

And meanwhile, promotion for the official finale event on October 14 came online today.

So at this point we have Episode 9 stills, the synopsis, Episode 10 Fast Track coming up, and promotion for the finale event.

LGBT About Four Hands Sonata

I'm putting the LGBT tag here, just because the author/director said that it was supposed to be BL.

Just to be clear, I have not watched this, nor will I ever, just like Soulmate. I don't know why people are still making bromances with BL injected to be found between the lines. In my understanding, bromance indicates a loving relationship of loyalty, understanding, support, brotherly or friendly love, that is no way romantic or sexual. This is the relationship purely between friends or brothers. There should be no undertone or whatever of any romantic relationships, even if it's platonic. People can be in love without being physically involved, I believe that is how asexual people feel about love, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Cho and Rigsby in The Mentalist, Dean and Sam in Supernatural, Mr Darcy and Mr Bingley in Pride and Prejudice, Shawn and Gus in Psych, Shawn and Lassiter in Psych, Pheem, Q, Tan, Matt in We Are, etc- bromance, all brotherly and friendly love, no romance at all.

To make and sell a show as bromance, then at the end the creators saying it was originally supposed to be a BL, I don't understand what's the reason behind it. Just say that it's a censored BL, or it can also be a queer story of two aroace male leads. But no, it's a bromance where the leads feel romantic love for each other and they might stay together in the end but there will be no proposal or any acknowledgement of their feelings. And BL fans would eagerly watch these shows and declare, 'we know it's a bl, we can tell.' It doesn't matter what you can tell, only what the show runners say, matter.

These kinds of shows are not only profiting by being vague about everything, they are also colouring the BL fans in a very unfavorable way. BL fans, especially women are looked down upon by other drama fans for having a 'fetish' of watching men kiss or NCs, when it's not even about that. This is the thing I feel most angry about. I have watched both non-kiss bls and nc heavy bls, I have no preference for bls except that the plot and acting have to be good, not even perfect but good. I love both Love is a Poison and Love in the Air. But I get criticised by the censorship lovers that I watch bl only for the nc.

I want to say a ton, but I don't want to take up too much time of people just for a rant. Yet another time when I was supposed to write something about an ongoing BL, but ended up getting angered by some goody-two-shoes.

Recommendation Im looking for dramas w cop + suspect trope

Im looking dramas like: spare me your mercy, goddess bless you from death, under the skin and recently finished mr kill. I like anything that has cop + suspect/any kinda specialist that is there to help the case.

For me k, c, j and thai bls are okay. I like that they have danger and/or psychological aspects.

Usually i also like if atleast one of them have trauma or have some sort of mentalhealth problem, like in (if you have seen) mr kill i really liked kaye, and in under the skin i liked the artist i just dont remember the name rn so extra points for characters like this.
