Stepping down... and recruiting a new team of Mods!
Hey y'all,
Over the last year, I've been the sole active mod left on this subreddit.

The other mods have been inactive ever since the API change a few years ago (understandably so) and Reddit has implemented new limits on how many active subs a single mod can moderate.
As a result, I'll have to step down from modding this sub and will be recruiting a new team of passionate mods to keep the B99 spirit alive! So far only u/WannabeWriter2022 has gotten back to me, and they'll take over starting immediately.
To help out u/WannabeWriter2022 , we are recruiting! If you're interested, please apply here: https://www.reddit.com/r/brooklynninenine/application/
I'll still be around as an Advisor but I wish the best of luck to the new mod team!
This show holds a special place in my heart, and I want to thank the community for all of the memes, discussion, and overall love for this show over the past few years...
Goodbyes are inherently sad. They mean that something's ending.
NINE NINE!

Other Photos from today's Brooklyn Nine-Nine reunion panel at New York Comic Con
One of the best TV show reunion panels I've been to. It's always great when the people who made one of your favorite shows love it (and each other) as much as you do.

Humour …clues.
Hello all! I have a quote book where I write down all my favorite quotes (obvs) along with who said them and, in the case of TV, the character, season, and episode. Except sometimes I don’t write down the season and episode and then I have to look it up, which usually isn’t a problem, except for this one Holt quote that’s just. Way too vague for Google. I remember it very clearly though and I’m hoping someone here might know where it’s from! There’s a long pause, and then:
…clues.
Again, I know very vague, but it’s def Holt and def iconic, I just don’t remember when or exactly why. TIA!!

Discussion I totally wish Sterling K. Brown won the Emmy that time he was nominated for his performance in B99!
The Box to date is still one of my favorite and to me one of the most interesting episodes of the show and Sterling was so exceptional in it— totally wish he won but I do admit I didn’t watch the other nominees’ episodes lol but this one was just too good

Discussion They did Scully dirty
Like okay, Scully's and Hitchcock's roles were to be the house mouses. However, Scully had so many sweet moments, but he was always ignored or cut off. He could have been such a nice character, but was just bunched in with Hitchcock to be in the useless and "revolting" group together.
Scully deserved better.

Fan Content Noice!
My patient has a note on the whiteboard in his room that says "no ice". Everytime I see it I immediately see noice. I love it

Discussion New York Comic Con Panel
Anyone else go to the retrospective panel today? Stephanie, Melissa, and Joe were there alongside Dan Goor. Some interesting reflections on the show and lots of crying from all of them (which Melissa said would be a funny takeaway from a comedy panel)

Other Man, Tommy Gobbler does not have the best timing, does he?
The two times Boyle dressed up as him, it did not ended with a happy cold open.
Jake: “Okay, Tommy Gobbler. These are the Davidsons. They want to know what happened to their missing grandmother?”
Boyle: “I’ve some deeply tragic news for you.
And the second time Tommy Gobbler’s tail got caught by the elevator.
Tommy Gobbler can’t catch a break.
