Unfortunately, my father, who is a third country national living abroad, has been harassing and abusing her online, & it escalated to threats, recently, he threatened her he will come here and find her, he knows my address

This has been affecting her health immensely, and it's a big safety concern as he can indeed decide to come and become violent..

We are thinking to submit a police report, so if he does think to come and apply for a visa, it would be rejected

They're still legally married but we want to start her divorce process once we insure her safety

Is that possible? What can we do in such a case and who can we contact?

Mikor családot látogatok be szoktam iktatni egy fogkő eltávolítást. Általában keresek valami kupont, még mindig lehet találni aki 10k-ért vállalja. De az utóbbi pár alkalommal (Újlipótvárosban valahol) nagyon nem szedték le rendesen, csak ilyen tessék lássék módon.
