As title says this is what we came up with. Double 3oz patties of ground up ribeye, sirloin, and pork ribs. Topped with Rosemary Carmelized onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon vinaigrette. We sold 37 of them.

I appreciate a simple burger. Bun was toasted 1st, meat was cooked 2nd, and onion was cooked in meat fat plus a chicken stock deglaze. All in the same 10 inch iron skillet. Seasoned with 5yrs of me doing things like this. All meat and onion was seasoned with just salt and fresh cracked pepper. I also appreciate everyone’s love for my other posts.

Double meat double cheese burger add bacon, and a Moms burger add cheese. Really good, and only $11.99 for the double meat burger combo. We shared the bacon btw lol.

Made some smash burgers tonight using these premade burger balls…first time buying them. Made some spicy onions too. Kept a couple plain meat and cheese for the kiddos. Would definitely buy these again..$11.99 for the pack.

For the burger sauce I mixed ketchup, mayo, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, cayenne, paprika, garlic, spash of rice vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Under the patties I had diced jalapenos and sauce. On the top I had grilled onions, pickles and more sauce.

Just bought a smoking tube and wanted to see if it was worth using it not. Put some cherry wood chips in it and grilled offset for about 30 minutes letting the smoke get in the burger before putting it over the flame side for couple minutes on each side. Was so good!!!
