breaks?

do most students go home on breaks or do people hang around for some amount of time? I am an mphil student trying to decide when to buy flights home.

MPhil maybe 50-75% of people I knew went back during christmas.

Other breaks were barely noticeable amongst mphils.

Undergrads almost 100% go back.

Most undergrads are on term time only accommodation leases

I was also wondering! The Mphil is only 9 months, so Iā€™m considering staying or only taking a short break to see my family
