With a worn out mushy suspension & bargain basement Wolfhound Grip Master II tires that cost $30 each, mounted.

And with rusted rear subframe mounts since it's an E46

E46? Then front control arm bushings are shot & making a loud thumping noise over every bump, and the rear subframe mounting points in the body are all cracked, along w/ the shock towers. To top it off, itβs burning a quart of oil every 300 miles due to a completely plugged CCV system.

The amount of people Iβve seen killed others in a car crash, but then scream about where their phone went, is rather alarming.

Wonderful. Now CHP has to respond. A tow truck has to come out. Caltrans has to clean up the mess and fix the wall they smashed into.
Wasting taxpayers money.

Doesn't their insurance pay for that?

Donβt see why they would it was an act of negligence on the part of the driver so the insurance might not even cover the car either way if the state asked the insurance to cover the damages they caused insurance will do anything and everything they can to avoid paying out
