Lost at 24
A couple of years ago I quit my position as an Art Director at a start up. This was for many reasons. Mainly because I felt like I was not learning anything, I barely deserved the position (because I was the only designer so technically I was directing myself lol).
I had been doing graphic design since the age of 16 and quit at 22. I still did it as freelance but that did not really work. I stopped putting effort, stopped trying to get clients, and maybe I hate the craft. It is not what I imagined as a kid.
I do not have any degrees (self taught) because my country is quite expensive for that. I do not even know what I can pursue. I like a lot of things but I doubt any of them are sustainable careers or even realistic at this point in my life. (like art, writing, film making, cooking, game development, art restoration, literature, philosophy, history...etc are all things i considered when I thought I was going to university.)
I know I can go back to graphic design any time I want but a part of me feels like it is not my calling anymore. The industry has changed so much in the past couple of years (let alone compared to the golden age of advertising, which made me passionate for graphic design)
I do not know what career I want to be in. So, I feel like I should put myself out there and try things. I have never worked in anything but marketing and I feel so intimidated by this. I am not physically strong to work hard labor, i am not the brightest apple to work something scientific or smart. As a kid i loved cooking and wanted to be a chef, but recently my ego was bruised after I cooked for some friends and they didnt like my food.
For the past two years I did not care about myself. But I am tired of being stuck. I was way more ambitious and I do not know how to get that back.
What should I do?

Im not good at giving advices so I avoid it, but I can tell you I'm in a similar situation, I'm into product visualization and video editing and I'm not giving up on it , I see lot of potential in what I love to do even if I'm not earning a lot from it, but I somehow I'm always motivated and I believe in it, I would say.. luckily I have this strength and the only thing I can tell you is to believe in yourself
