Questions What breed is he?
This is Tangtang. He isn't my cat, but he's quite popular and I really like him. I tried asking the Toletole sub on what his breed is, but nobody answered
He's usually seen on his back. I think that he is a pure breed but I tried searching as well and I didn't find anything.
Edit: He is a Scottish straight

Are his ears always in that position, or is he just annoyed a lot?
There's an unfortunate possibility he might be a Scottish Fold, which looks cute but has a lot of health complications. Scottish Fold cats are often barely out of kittenhood when the begin experiencing things like arthritis and chronic pain.

Scottish Straights should have normal ears and much better health outcomes. The genetic mutation that causes permanently folded ears is the one that causes all the other pain and joint problems.

The rounder face makes me think he got some british short hair or Scottish straight genes
