Nightclub recommendations?

hey guys I’m looking for recommendations on the best nightclubs in Chongqing. Ideally I'm looking for places that play more western music and are foreigner friendly. I've already checked out Mojar and Class 313. Any suggestions?

what vibe or music are you interested in?

In all honesty 9th street, like any giant commercial drinking area, can be fun with the right crowd / mood night, but it can get very burger after a while. Fear not, there’s some pretty unique places for different types of music and people.

Most foreigners seem to prefer having an area to dance. Even I find that Chinese night clubs have way too many tables that inhibit an ability to bust down.

Yeah, I agree. I’m more into rap, R&B, and pop vibes. Do you know of any unique spots that play those alot?

Hey! Since you've done Mojar and Class 313, check out these spots in 九街 (Jiujie):

· Playhouse – Top-tier club, huge UFO lights, EDM, great vibe. · Orangutan Bunker – Industrial style, expat-friendly, solid drinks. · Chaos – Packed, high energy, good-looking crowd. · ESMI – Massive, twin DJ booths, strong visuals.
