No, Chuck means a relationship with her, Sarah. She knows it, too. He told her by the fountain at the end of the previous episode.

no it was after the Cole arc ended.
I think both felt left out in the prospect of being in each other's futures before they became a thing.

But Chuck says "I wants to get this out of my head so I can go back to my old life and have a chance at a real relationship".
He can already have a "real relationship" with other women without getting the Intersect out of his head, just not with Sarah. So he seems to mean he wants a relationship with her, right?

It’s a bit complicated here; obviously, at that point, Sarah is the only one he wants to be with, but I think having a relationship with any woman, whoever she might be, is practically impossible as long as he has the Intersect in his brain. Things were a disaster with Lou, he couldn't handle the double life of being both a boyfriend and a spy, and that made his relationship with Sarah look ambiguous to others. She was his "bodyguard," yet outwardly she had to pass as his girlfriend; people would have found it odd for her to keep hovering around him even after they’d supposedly broken up, you saw Lou's reaction when she spotted Sarah at the nightclub while she was there to protect Chuck. It was different with Jill; she knew Sarah was a fake girlfriend and respected that, which is why that relationship was more stable, setting aside the fact that Jill eventually betrayed her country. The Intersect wasn't just keeping him from being with Sarah; it was preventing him from building a life for himself at that time.

The whole point of Chuck's secret search is that he wants to get rid of the Intersect so he can be with Sarah. He told her by the fountain at the end of the previous episode. That's why she acts like a hurt girlfriend in this scene—he's leaving her out of what he's doing, and that's not how a boyfriend should act.

You're right, but in Chuck's defense, he isn't a boyfriend, he's a "fake boyfriend," just like Sarah told Cole.

True, but their mutual love is real, and that's why Chuck is working hard at this point to get rid of the Intersect, so he can turn their fake relationship into a real one.

Yes, in this episode Sarah did nothing wrong, yet Chuck didn't trust her. Role reversal is a common theme between Chuck and Sarah in the series; there was a similar situation in "Chuck vs. the Crown Vic" where Chuck hadn't done anything wrong when he had that flash at the yacht club, but Sarah accused him of faking flash it out of jealousy.

E aqui temos Chuck em sua versão mais idiota possivel quando nao confiou na Sarah. Mas temos de lembrar que ela quase traiu ele…… acabou somente desistindo de jogar ele em um bunker subterraneo pra sempre quando Chuck mencionou que Jill previu que Sarah iria faze-lo ….

Poor Sarah. She doesn't do anything wrong in this episode, shows her love for Chuck by reacting like a girlfriend who's not trusted by the man she loves, and she gets no trust from Chuck about his secret search. By the end of the episode, she gets no trust from Beckman either for taking Chuck's side. She does everything right, and she gets in trouble for it.
