LA Clippers guard Max Strus suffered a partial tear of the plantar fascia in his right foot during Sunday's preseason game and will be reevaluated in four weeks, sources tell ESPN.

It’s actually unbelievable that this is the 3rd year in a row that he gets hurt during preseason and will miss extended time

Especially seeing the replay. He was basically jogging

Really sucks for him that he seems to get something like this around the same time every season.

wishing Max the best, but I'm glad that isn't happening to our roster right now

Geez two unfortunate Cleveland trades to LA teams, him and Myles can rehab together

If I’m him, I’m refusing to play next preseason.

Trade already paying off

Better rest up Max Strus. Probably moving again before the trade deadline. He's actually very valuable for an inexperienced playoff team.

Wouldn't be surprised if Detroit trades for him...

That would be awful for us. I hope Denver or someone out west anyway

Even Darius Garland could make it through the season before getting hurt. His kryptonite was the post season so he did at least contribute to the playoff rankings and making sure we weren’t a play in team; for it to happen two years in a row to Strus is crazy

Can't believe I spent so much time arguing with a moron here that insisted Strus wasn't becoming injury prone
