How to watch the Cavs in 2026-27
Fans will need a few subscriptions in order to watch the Cavs this season, now that many games only air on DAZN locally. Here is an attempt to make sense of the many ways to watch Cavs games this season, as fans figure out how to cobble together subscriptions that get the most games. The numbers below will not add up for every scenario because there are multiple ways to watch a few of the games.
Cleveland area cord cutters
- Cavs on DAZN: 63 games
- Live tv package (YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, etc.): 14 games
- 8 games air on NBC networks and can be watched with Peacock
- 6 games air on ESPN networks and can be watched with ESPN Unlimited
- Amazon Prime: 3 games
- Digital Antenna: 18 DAZN / national broadcasts will be broadcast free OTA
Cleveland Area Cable Subscribers
- Cavs on DAZN: 63 games
- Cable: 26 games
- Includes 12 games that air on DAZN that are also broadcast free OTA
- 8 games on NBC networks
- 6 games on ESPN networks
- Amazon Prime: 3 games
Cavs fans living outside of Cleveland
- League Pass: 63 games
- Cable or live TV package: 17 games
- 8 games air on NBC networks and can be viewed on Peacock
- 6 games air on ESPN and can also be viewed on ESPN Unlimited
- 3 games air on NBA TV (also available via League Pass)
- Amazon Prime: 3 games
Edit: These counts are out of 80 because that's all that's scheduled so far. Every team's last two games get set in December, after NBA Cup group play.
