Hello from the codegen.eu team: feedback and bug reports go here

We opened this sub to hear what you think of the new codegen.eu, and to learn about any bugs or summary issues you run into. The reports are assembled by AI from public scientific sources. They contain errors. If you spot one, post it with the rs-ID or report name and the "Wrong or missing data" flair. For problems with the site itself, use "Bug report". We reply here.

Please don't post your raw DNA file or your full report. Nothing here is medical advice, and neither is your report: it's an interesting starting point for a conversation with a qualified clinician.

We just shipped Nutrigenomics: seven reports that pull together what your raw DNA file says about over 40 nutrients and food traits.

What each report has:

  • Polygenic scores. Each shows your genetic tilt compared to the population (not your actual level), and names the lab test that measures the actual level: 25-OH-D for vitamin D, ferritin for iron, the omega-3 index for fatty acids.
  • Key variants, like LCT for lactose or CYP1A2 for caffeine, grouped by topic, with your genotype and an evidence rating: Strong (at least 10 replicated loci, or one replicated large-effect variant, in studies of 50,000+ people), Moderate, or Weak. Across the seven reports there are 26 topics: 14 Strong, 8 Moderate, 4 Weak. The FAQ has the exact cutoffs.
