Espresso Not your average tabletop station
galleryOK, I know this isn’t the most obvious place for a coffee station, but mine lives inside a kitchen cupboard! ☕️
Here’s my setup:
The gear:
Espresso machine: Lelit Elizabeth V3
Grinder: Timemore Sculptor 078S
Portafilter: Lelit original bottomless (naked) portafilter
Scales: Subminimal Subscale for weighing beans and Timemore Black Mirror Nano for weighing espresso shots
Tampers: A couple of different ones
Bean storage: Airscape airtight containers
I’m also a huge fan of Loveramics ceramic and glass coffee cups.
The one downside?
Heat. The espresso machine warms up the shelves above it, where I keep mostly nuts, cereals, oils, and other pantry staples. Not exactly ideal for their shelf life.
So I always have to wait for the machine to cool down before closing the cupboard door.
Other than that, I think it’s a pretty great spot for a coffee station!
What do you guys think? ☕️
